Banana pancakes with a (green) twist

fav

Okay if you haven’t tried it already, this is your sign to make banana pancakes! With only two ingredients (bananas and eggs), you can make the most delicious and nutritious little pancakes to enjoy as a weekend breakfast.

If you are anything like me and love giving your food an extra boost of greens, you can also mix in some baby spinach which will make them all green and even richer in fibers and vitamins!

A warm recommendation is to make these during the weekend and then store them in the freezer for you to take out and reheat next time you feel like having some banana pancakes boosted with greens, either for breakfast or as a snack!
