Four ingredient scones


With just four ingredients, which I’m confident most of you already have at home, you can prepare these gluten-free scones in just 3 minutes.

The oven takes care of the rest, and I guarantee that after trying them once, you’ll have a new go-to bread recipe.


Four ingredient scones

  • Portioner : 3 1x


2 dl of gluten free oats

2 eggs

1 dl of cottage cheese (keso)

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder


Optional: whatever seeds u like


1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius hot air.

2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

3. Prepare a tray with parchment paper and form three little scones.

4. Add seeds on top if you prefer.

5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

6. Take out and let cool.

7. Serve with butter, sea salt, prästost and strawberry jam! Or why not make it a pb-jelly dream? 😉
