The EQ GYM is All About Expanding Your Conscious
The EQ GYM is all about expanding your conscious. How? Dig into your subconscious. How? Close your eyes and explore. It all starts here.
Now, the question is: how can I activate these self-nurturing muscles? What do I do to get them working for me? Easy. We’ve got a set of simple techniques you can start with today. Our own formula combining transcendental meditation, trauma therapy, and self-hypnosis. Follow us daily, weekly, or monthly for more info about our techniques, online program, camps, and free meditations.
“Now here you go again, you sayYou want your freedomWell who am I to keep you downIt’s only right that you shouldPlay the way you feel itBut listen carefully to the soundOf your lonelinessLike a heartbeat drives you madIn the stillness of remembering what you hadAnd what you lost, and what you had, and what you lost”– Fleetwood Mac
Health benefits of high EQ?
Two words tell it all: connection and harmony. By taking the time to build up your emotional intelligence, you become your own best leader. And in turn, lead others through your self-honest ways. Take a minute to reflect over the perks of being a good leader. What situations in your life demand you to lead? To decide? To have the final say? Success is directly related to the ability to lead. Healthy leadership leads to prosperity, in so many ways.
Hang on, you may be thinking. I agree with all that, but seriously. How good can an online self-help course / blog / program really be? We get it – your doubts are real. We’ll put it like this. If you’re at all interested, even just a tiny bit, give us a shot. It’s free. And we ask nothing but that you show up as yourself. Nothing to lose but your old ways.
Now, to your first, very easy, exercise.
Close your eyes and be quiet for 10-20 minutes.
Once you’ve done that, write down the thoughts you heard and emotions you felt.
Later… right? Thought so. Giving yourself space and time for reflection will strengthen your first muscle – self-care. So easy and so damn hard at the same time. But hey, I promise you, it will make all the difference. Try for 7 days. And we will add on some techniques when you master this tiny but yet very big stepping stone.
Answer these questions to yourself or in the comments field:
What made you stop being quiet? What made you not do the exercise?
