Instruktioner
Sätt ugnen på 200C. Ta ut två vitkålsbottnar från frysen och låt dom tina något i rumstemperatur så att du kan stansa ut hjärtan. Bred på färskost/crème fraîche och fyll på med hackat päron, smulad ädelost och riven grönkål (som du masserat snabbt i lite olja och salt). Grädda i ugnen i 6-8 minuter.
Ta ut ur ugnen och toppa med hackade valnötter och ringlad honung. Mums!
