Vi gör nässel- och myntalatte!

Det värsta med att plocka brännässlor är inte att de bränns. Det värsta är vad grannarna säger bakom de fördragna gardinerna.

“Där står den där tokan och rotar bland ogräset igen.”

“Varför har hon alltid diskhandskar på sig?”

Men utöver detta kan vi berätta att vi gjorde typ världens godaste nässel- och myntlatte för några dagar sedan.

Du behöver:

– 3 dl mjölk (vi hade havre)
– 1 1/2 dl lätt packade nässlor
– 2 små myntakvistar
– 2 dl vatten
– 1 krm vaniljpulver vaniljpulver

Du gör:

Tvätta nässlorna och kör allt i en mixer tills det blir en slät, fin dryck. Värm försiktigt om du vill (vi drack vår kall för det var så varmt). Toppa med skummad mjölk och några små vaniljpulvermolekyler.
