2 dl of gluten free oats
2 eggs
1 dl of cottage cheese (keso)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Salt
Optional: whatever seeds you like

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius hot air.

Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

Prepare a tray with parchment paper and form three little scones.

Add seeds on top if you prefer.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Take out and let cool.

Serve with butter, sea salt, prästost, and strawberry jam! Or make it a PB&J dream.
