Portioner: 8-10
100 g of organic butter (melted)
4 dl teff flour
2 eggs
5 dl milk of your choice (regular or plant-based)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt

In a mixing bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt).

Add the milk, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Lightly butter and preheat the waffle iron (For ultimate crisping, use a 5 out of 6 heat setting).

Fill the heated waffle iron with batter until the whole iron is covered with batter (approx 1 dl batter per waffle).

Close the waffle iron and cook the waffles for a couple of minutes until they turn deep golden brown and crispy!

Serve warm with whatever you fancy; Here I used homemade nutella and coconut yogurt, berries, banana and shaved ceremonial cacao.
