Saffron buns x breakfast edition

Portioner: 1

3 dl of oats

2 dl of almond flour

3 ripe bananas

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of cardamom

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 gram of saffron

3/4 teaspoons of sea salt

75 gram of organic butter

1/2 dl of raisins

    Set the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.

    Place all ingredients but the raisins in a bowl.

    Mix everything together.

    Add the raisins to your saffron batch.

    Batter a baking form with coconut oil or butter.

  6. 6

    Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until the bread has gotten a golden top layer!

    Let cool and enjoy your freshly baked saffron bun bread just as it is, dip it in a cup of coffee, or butter it up with a slice of cheese and some cucumber? Whatever you do – I promise you it’ll be damn delicious✨
