Chokladproteinsmoothie i ett jordnötsskal

Den här smoothien, som kanske mer påminner om en milkshake, är fullproppad med växtbaserat protein och passar alldeles strålande när sötsuget sätter in, när du är på språng eller när det vankas helgbrunch. Inspirationen till smoothien kommer från ett litet djungelkafé i Indien.

gröna ekologiska bananer, slantade och frysta2 msk osötat jordnötssmör2 msk skalade hampafrön1/2 dl raw kakao2 färska dadlar, urkärnade5 dl osötad havredryck1 krm oraffinerat havssalt eller bergsalt

Kör alla ingredienser i en höghastighetsmixer eller med stavmixer tills du har en slät smoothie. Tillsätt mer vätska om det behövs och kanske en till dadel för en sötare smak. Slurpa upp!
